House Rules

We aren't into a bunch of rules here at Bearidise. You should know how to conduct yourself. Here are some guidelines.

  • Do not enter rooms that say Private. Duh.
  • Guests need to manage their own sexual space and sexual boundaries must be respected. Bring concerns to our attention.
  • Guests may not photograph other guests nor the interior of The Mansion without permission of management and any guests who may appear in the photo.
  • Please refrain from asking guests personal questions; let people open up at their own pace.
  • Smoking is permitted on the tetta cotta patio in good weather, and on the back deck in foul weather. If smoke gets into the house, you'll need to move further into the yard. Use ashtrays.
  • Food service is popular style vegetarian, for example: excellent home made pizza, stuffed shells, pirogies with onion & butter, hot breakfast to order with home made breads, eggs your way, pancakes, and waffles. Guests are welcome to bring whatever kinds of food they wish to share, including meat dishes.  Guests often donate meat for hotdogs & kraut, ham & turkey for holiday events, and so forth.
  • We do not serve alcohol. Guests may bring their own beverages. Don't bring or use illegal drugs here.
  • Guests shall play safely. Information and supplies are available.
  • Bearidise may be clothing optional inside during specified events. Use a towel on seats.
  • Please clean up after yourself and do not place beverages on unprotected wood or marble furniture.
  • Bearidise enjoys good relationships with its neighbors. Help us to keep it that way. Please don't be too loud or demonstrative.
